Ask Offy

Offy answers how-to questions in the app, points at the right control, and shows any change as a card you approve.

  1. I live in the corner of every page. Ask me how to do something in plain words, and I'll answer from these lessons.
  2. Ask me to do something, like add a new glaze to the mug, and I won't just go ahead. I show the change as a card, and nothing happens until you approve it.
  3. I can put pictures up too: your logo, the banner across your page, or a product's photo. Give me a link to the picture, up to 4MB, and it goes on a card like any other change.
  4. Every lesson's Try it opens the real page and I point at the right control. These lessons are always under Learning, at the foot of the menu.
  5. My card says "Change to approve" and, in one line, what will change. Approve and I make it; Not now and nothing changes. Safe and sound: if I'm not sure, I'll say so and send you to the right page.
