Terms of service

These terms apply to Offr, provided by Vereon Ltd. By creating a business on Offr or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to them. Last updated 20 October 2026.

The product

Offr lets a business publish products with their stock, take orders on a hosted shop page or embedded in its own website, take payment by bank transfer or through its own card payment link or Safepay account, review payment proofs, track what it sends, give its customers a My orders page, and send order emails — confirmations, nudges, “on its way” and back-in-stock alerts — to its customers, and WhatsApp messages too with the WhatsApp add-on. We may change or add features; we will not remove something you rely on without notice.

Your account and your business

  • Offr is for businesses. You must be 18 or over to use it.
  • Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done with it.
  • The business's owner and its admins decide who is on the team and with what role, and can remove anyone but the owner. Only the owner can hand the business over or close it.
  • You must have the right to offer what you list, and your page must describe it honestly — prices, times and spaces included.
  • For the personal data your business puts into Offr (your customers' details and orders), we act on your behalf as described in the privacy policy. Ask us for a data processing agreement if you need one.

Your customers' orders

An order made through Offr is a contract between you and your customer, on the prices and policies your page shows. You honour the orders you confirm, you decide refunds and moves, and the money moves directly between you and the customer — Offr records what happened but never holds the funds. Disputes about an order are between you and your customer; we will give you the order's record to help settle them.

Order emails

Offr emails your customers about their orders on your behalf: confirmations, payment nudges, “on its way” with tracking, follow-ups, cancellations and back-in-stock alerts — and, if you turn on the WhatsApp add-on, sends them the same messages on WhatsApp from your number. You must have the right to contact the addresses and numbers you enter by hand. The order messages are not a marketing channel, and using them as one is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Offr to sell anything unlawful, to mislead customers about what they are order or what it costs, to spam, or to interfere with the product or other businesses on it. We may suspend a business that does.

Payment

Offr costs, per business, £5 a month or £50 a year for a business charging in pounds, Rs 1,500 a month or Rs 15,000 a year for one charging in Pakistani rupees, and $6 a month or $60 a year in US dollars for any other, billed in that currency by card through Stripe. A subscription stays in the currency it started in. No VAT is charged, as Vereon Ltd is not VAT-registered; if that changes, we'll tell you before prices change. Every new business starts with a free week, no card asked for. When the week ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends, the shop page stops taking new orders, the dashboard becomes read-only and nothing is deleted. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription), and a cancelled business keeps working until the end of the period it has paid for. There are no per-order fees.

That price includes one person on your team. Each further team member who can sign in to your business (someone who has accepted an invitation in Settings → Team) adds £0.50 a month or £5 a year in pounds, Rs 150 a month or Rs 1,500 a year in rupees, and $0.60 a month or $6 a year in US dollars, at the same interval and on the same invoice as the plan. Invitations that haven't been accepted are not charged for. When the number of team members changes during a billing period, the difference is prorated by Stripe onto your next invoice.

WhatsApp messages are an optional add-on to a subscription: £2 a month in the UK, Rs 600 in Pakistan, $2.50 everywhere else, plus each message, in the subscription's currency, billed monthly in arrears on the same invoice. Each message is priced by the customer's country and the kind of message (about an order, an offer, or a reply within 24 hours), at the price list shown in Settings → WhatsApp when it is sent. We may change that list when Meta or our messaging provider change their fees; a change never reprices a message already sent. Turning the add-on off stops further messages, and the messages already sent that month are still billed.

Your content and your data

What you put into Offr — your catalogue, your customers, your orders — stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, show it to your team and your customers, and send the order messages you switch on. We make no other use of it, and your owner and admins can export your orders and customers at any time.

Liability

Offr is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the products you sell or how you deliver them, for a parcel lost in the post or a customer's non-payment, for loss caused by your own content or by events outside our control, and our liability for anything else is limited to the fees paid for your business in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

The owner can close the business at any time, from Settings. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once if they are broken. After ending, the privacy policy says what happens to the data.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to info@vereon.tech.
