Sell what you make, from your own shop.
Offr is an online shop for small businesses that make and sell things. You add your products, with their sizes and stock. Customers order them on your website or your shop page. You see every order, pack it and send it.

What it does
Three things, and that's the product
You add what you sell
A mug in three glazes. A candle in two sizes. A cake made to order. For each one you add photos, a price, the options it comes in and how many of each you have.
Customers order it themselves
On your own website, or on the shop page Offr gives you. They pick a size or colour, fill a basket, give their address, and pay by bank transfer or through your own card payment link. They don't need an account. On your own website, or on the shop page Offr gives you. They pick a size or colour, fill a basket, give their address, and pay by bank transfer or Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa, or by card through Safepay. They don't need an account.
You pack, send and get paid
Every order, who has paid and what's to send. Confirm transfer receipts, mark orders sent with their tracking, record refunds. Stock counts down by itself, and the emails go out for you.
Set it up your way
A product is a product. You decide how yours sell.
There is no business type to pick. Each thing you sell has these settings, and the same settings cover a potter's mugs, a bakery's celebration cakes, a candle maker's gift sets and a dressmaker's dupattas.
Photos and a story
A main photo and a gallery, a tagline and a full description.
Sizes and colours
Up to three options. Every combination becomes a variant with its own price if you like.
Stock for each one
How many of each you have. Orders take it down; cancellations put it back. Or don't count it, for made to order.
Running low
“Only 3 left” on your page from the number you choose, and a list of what to restock.
Sale price
A “was” price struck through beside the price.
Questions at checkout
An engraving, a cake message, a ring size: anything you need to make it.
Private products
Made for one customer, at the price you agreed, with a link only they can order with.
One delivery charge
A flat rate per order, free over a basket size if you like, to the countries you choose.
Getting started
Three steps
- Step 1
Create your business and add a product
Photos, a price and how many you have. A few minutes.
- Step 2
Choose how you get paid and your delivery charge
Bank transfer, a payment link or cards, and one flat rate for delivery.
- Step 3
Share your page, or put it on your own website
Orders come in. You see them in the dashboard, pack them and mark them sent.
Meet Offy
A helper who knows Offr inside out.
Offy is Offr's otter: navy courier cap, orange bow tie, a parcel under one arm, never sold twice. He's with you from the first time you sign in.
Shows you round on day one
The first time you sign in, he walks you round Offr one page at a time, then offers to set things up with you: your first product, when it runs, and how your page looks.
Teaches the Learning Centre
30 short lessons, a few minutes each, from your first product to a shop page that runs itself. Open to anyone, no account needed.
Answers from the corner of the app
Ask him how to do something and he tells you, then points at the right button. Ask him to do it and he shows the change as a card. Nothing changes until you approve it.

What AI never touches
Some things are kept away from AI assistants on purpose, Offy included. Offr gives them no way to do these, whatever they're asked. They stay with you, in Offr:
- Payment settings: bank details, payment links and keys, and which ways to pay are switched on
- Your Offr plan, billing and invoices from Offr
- Team logins: inviting people, changing roles, removing someone
- Handing the business to a new owner, or closing it
- Your own account: password, email, signing out
- Customers' contact details, delivery addresses, notes and exports
- Reading customers' messages, or writing to customers, including switching on automations that message them
- Taking or refunding money, marking orders paid
- Sending, cancelling or restoring an order
- Policies: online cancelling and the returns wording
- Deleting or archiving anything
- Changing the currency or time zone
- Connecting the mailbox emails go out from, or the WhatsApp number
What's included
Everything an order needs after it's made
No overselling
Stock is counted once. When the last one goes, it's sold out on your website, on your shop page and in your dashboard at the same time.
Bank transfers and cards
Customers upload their transfer receipt and you confirm it, or pay through a card payment link of your own. Unpaid orders give their stock back after the time you set.Customers upload their Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa screenshot and you confirm it, or pay by card through your Safepay account. Unpaid orders give their stock back after the time you set.
Automatic emails
A confirmation when they order, a nudge if a payment is due, and “on its way” with the tracking when you send it, each sent once. By email, and on WhatsApp too with the add-on (£2 a month plus each messageRs 600 a month plus each message$2.50 a month plus each message).
Back-in-stock alerts
When something sells out, people can ask to hear when it's back. Add stock and they're emailed straight away, with a link to order it.
Questions and custom orders
Customers ask a question or for something made just for them, right from your shop page. Reply with a private product and a link to order it.
Discount codes
A percentage or a fixed amount off, on everything or a few products, over a basket size, with a limit on how many times it can be used.
Your customers, and their orders
Every order adds to the customer's record and their address, and customers see all theirs in My orders, signing in with a code we email them. Owners and admins can export orders and customers as a spreadsheet.
Your team
Invite up to 25 people. Staff pack and send orders and can edit products, stock and discounts. Owners and admins also change the settings, the shop page's design, automations, the team and billing, and see reports and exports.

FAQ
Common questions
What can I sell?
Anything you can post or hand over: pottery, candles, clothes, prints, cakes, plants, gift boxes. Things you keep in stock and things you make to order. You set up each product; there is no business type to choose.
Do I need a website?
No. Every business gets a shop page at its own address, ending in its name: a pottery studio called The Clay Room gets app.offr.vereon.tech/shop/the-clay-room. Share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram, or print its QR code: download it as a PNG or SVG from Design → Website & sharing. How do customers pay?

You can also send them to a payment page you already have, such as a Stripe, SumUp or PayPal link.By bank transfer from their banking or wallet app (Raast, IBFT, JazzCash or Easypaisa), uploading the screenshot for you to confirm, or by card through your own Safepay account. How does delivery work?
You set one delivery charge per order, and optionally a basket size over which it's free and the countries you send to. Customers give their address at checkout; you mark the order sent, with the courier and tracking number, and they get an email with the link.
Who is Offy?
Offr's helper, a courier otter in a navy cap. The first time you sign in he shows you round and offers to set things up with you. He teaches the 30 lessons in the Learning Centre, and he sits in the corner of every page in the app to answer questions. If you ask him to change something, he shows the change as a card first, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Can I use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with Offr?
Yes. Connect it from Settings → AI tools, then ask it to set up products and their stock, your delivery charge, discount codes, automations and your shop page's look. It works as you, with your role. Payment settings and bank details, billing, your password and sign-in, team logins, handing over or closing the business, customers' details and addresses, exports, taking or refunding money, sending, cancelling or restoring orders, deleting anything, connecting your mailbox or WhatsApp number, and your currency and time zone are kept away from it. Every change it makes shows under Recent AI changes in Settings → AI tools. Your assistant's own plan matters too: ChatGPT, for example, can only read on Plus and Pro.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They give their name, address and email; once your WhatsApp add-on is sending, a WhatsApp number (like +44 7700 900123) will do instead of the email. Their confirmation has a link to see the order, pay for it and follow the parcel, and My orders shows every order they have with you after they sign in with a code we email them.No. They give their name, address and email; once your WhatsApp add-on is sending, a WhatsApp number (like +92 300 1234567) will do instead of the email. What happens when something sells out?
It shows as sold out, and people can ask to be emailed when it's back. Add stock on the Inventory page and everyone waiting hears straight away. An unpaid order that lapses, or a cancelled one, puts its stock back by itself.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. The first 7 days are free with no card needed. If the trial or a plan ends, nothing is deleted: your shop page pauses (it stops taking new orders and asks people to contact you), the dashboard goes read-only, and both pick up again when you subscribe.
