Orders → To send is everything paid and waiting, oldest first. Open one to see what's in it, any answers to your questions (an engraving, a note), and the address, with Copy address for your label.

Packed it? Press Mark as sent. Add the courier and the tracking number and link if you have them, and leave Tell the customer on: they get an “on its way” email with the link.
