Your plan and billing

A free week, then £5 a month in the UK, Rs 1,500 in Pakistan, $6 everywhere else, plus a little for each extra team member. Subscribe, cancel, change your card or get invoices from Settings → Billing.

  1. Every business starts with a free week: everything open, no card asked for. After that Offr is £5 a month in the UK, Rs 1,500 in Pakistan, $6 everywhere else; paying yearly, £50 a year, Rs 15,000 a year or $60 a year, two months free. Your plan is in your own money: rupees if you charge in rupees, pounds if you charge in pounds, US dollars otherwise, and Settings → Billing shows yours. One plan, all of Offr, no fees on orders, and no VAT on top: Vereon Ltd, which runs Offr, isn't VAT-registered, so that's the whole price.
  2. The price covers one person, you. Each extra team member adds £0.50 a month in the UK, Rs 150 in Pakistan, $0.60 everywhere else, or £5 a year in the UK, Rs 1,500 in Pakistan, $6 everywhere else on yearly, on the same subscription and invoice. It's everyone in Settings → Team who can sign in: an invitation costs nothing until it's accepted, and removing someone takes them off the bill, with the difference prorated. It never depends on how many orders you take. When you invite someone, Settings → Team says what they'll add.
  3. Settings → Billing → Set up billing

To subscribe, open Settings, then Billing, and press Set up billing; the owner or an admin can. Stripe hosts the payment page, so Offr never sees your card, and its receipts go to the owner. Subscribing during the free week keeps the rest of it: the first payment is taken when it ends.
  4. Turn on the WhatsApp add-on and it joins the same subscription, in the same money: one invoice from Stripe each month, with the plan, any extra team members, the add-on and the messages sent on it.
  5. Settings → Billing → Manage subscription

Once you've subscribed, Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure page, for the owner or an admin. Cancel there, change your card, or download any invoice. A cancel takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you can undo it until then.
  6. When a plan ends, or a card keeps failing for a week, the dashboard goes read-only and your shop page stops taking new orders. Nothing is deleted: orders already made can still be managed, and subscribing again picks up where you left off.
