Lesson 8 of 10 · 2 min

Bring your business email into the Inbox

Forward your Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or iCloud to your own Inbox address, and customers who email you directly land in the Inbox too.

  1. Bring your business email into the Inbox

Customers who email hello@yourstudio.co.uk straight away can land here too. Settings → Email → Bring your business email into the Inbox gives you your own forwarding address: copy it, follow the steps for Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or iCloud, and forward your mail to it. Gmail and Outlook send a confirmation code first, and it shows up right there for you to paste back. Offr never signs in to your mailbox: it only sees what you forward.
  2. What comes in

Only people who've ordered or enquired come in, unless you pick Everyone. Newsletters, no-reply senders, your own emails and Offr's own notifications are always left out, and the same email never lands twice. Forwarded something by hand? Offr reads who first sent it.
  3. Settings → Email

Settings → Email says how it's going: "Waiting for your first forwarded email" until one arrives, then "Forwarding works" with when the last one came. Address got out? Make a new address, and the old one stops at once.
