Invoices

Every paid-for order gets one by itself. Make your own for anything else, and keep track of what's paid and what's late.

  1. Invoices

Every order with something to pay gets an invoice the moment it's placed, delivery included as its own line, and it marks itself paid when the money comes in. You'll find them all under Orders → Invoices.
  2. An invoice is Pending until it's paid, Overdue once it's past its due date, then Paid. A custom one you no longer need can be voided; an order's invoice follows the order.
  3. Invoices → New invoice

For anything that isn't a shop order, like a wholesale delivery to a café, press New invoice. Add the customer, the lines and when it's due.
  4. Paid in cash for a custom invoice? Mark paid, then pick Cash, Card, Bank transfer or Payment link. An order's invoice follows its order, so record the money there. Each invoice is also a PDF to download, or to email from the menu.
